I used to go to Dr. Engh when he had his own private practice 3 years ago, since then has joined Dr. Helm. It takes forever to get through just a regular eye exam.. to many patients scheduled at the same time. I was there for 2 hours and didn't even order my new glasses just got the prescription and left..I felt like I was in a cattle call 👎Might have to look for another business with 1 doctor, own private privacy. To bad cause I like Dr Engh!!

I go to Helm because Dr. Engh transferred his practice there. I really like him. The staff is very nice. And a nice selection of glasses.
I have had a lifelong problem with a misaligned eye. was told in the past nothing could be done to fix problem. Saw dr gross on an unrelated issue. He told me eye could be fixed on an outpatient basis and for the 1st time i would see out of both eyes and my ins would cover 100% of surgery. He seemed to have had a 2nd sense to what i needed to hear. Everyone from nurses to front desk staff made me feel like they genuinely care. Not alot of places make you feel this way. Do you connect to your doctor? What I mean is does he/she listen? And do you understand what they say when it's your turn to listen? I get this from my eye doctor, Dr. Brian Gross. Had a few issues getting to an appointment, understanding a chronic condition and spending the time at the office. Dr. Gross listened and responded accordingly. I feel relieved having my eyes in his hands, so to speak.
