This is a very bad business! Always do your research! They apparently are the broker for some landlords who don't live in Sacramento and they are incohoots with each other. If you have a problem in your business Helm will never return your phone calls at all. You literally have to call them everyday until you finally get through. Always Read your lease before you rent! Severely frustrating, any complaints made always falls on deaf ears.
Y.C. CA horrible upkeep on building. They rent to businesses and cannot provide AC, updates, electrical, allow mold in ceiling tiles, and do not respond in a timely manner. Our office that this company rents has been without air conditioning for over 3 weeks with triple digit heat waves.
The property they own in Vallejo California is not kept up. The parking lot is always full of trash
