I am a retired military officer who lives in NC. I needed to have some electrical work done at my mother's home in the Augusta area. I attempted to go through American Home Shield (AHS) for the service. The company that was dispatched, Fixit, Inc., did not show up on the assigned date and did not call. The storm knocked some things out, and these guys came right away. It didn't take a whole week either. Dre and Seven were very professional and even told me the precise cause of the problem. I appreciate that they were very nice, personable, and even explained things so I would understand it. I would recommend them to anyone!! Thanks a bunch!!
Be very careful of using this company. They will only do the job half way and leave the job site a complete wreck. They refuse to take responsibility for their mistakes..See attached picture for the state of the job site. It's been since December 2022 and still no resolution..
