Food was very good (4 stars) but service was very sloooow (2 stars). We waited an hour for hamburgers. We will probably go there again at some point.
The customer service was below satisfactory. I ordered a hamburger. The cheese was not melted and was rubbery because the hanger was sitting out for awhile before I got it. I touched the hamburger when I got it and it was a little warm. Not gonna go back.
My husband and I loved being able to watch the Bills at a local bar after moving so far away from Buffalo. Great atmosphere. Excellent, friendly service. Exactly what you'd expect from a sports bar. Wings are the biggest we've found, so far, in Wilmington (normal size for back home) and had good flavor, but were just a little soggy. Will just remember to ask to have them cooked longer next time and they'll be perfect. We'll definitely be back again soon!
