How could they improve? Ship orders, answer phones, response to fb messages, respond to website messages, pretty much anything would be an improvement.
They dont contact you back about an order. I have been waiting on an order for 30 days now with no contact info for the company
Ordered the invisible fairing support kit Thursday morning, had it in hand Saturday! Easy to install, bike looks better now! Had a powder coat issue with mine, Derik shipped new one's by just sending a couple pictures. Great customer service!!!

Ordered fairing brackets two weeks ago expecting them in 7 to 10 days... For the past three days I've been calling and emailing to get the tracking information but can't get a reply. I own my own business and tend to be a stickler for customer service... apparently they could care less!!!!

Marvin, My apologies, 15/16 fairing supports are back-ordered but are in process now. I expect raw ones in by Friday then to powder coat. They should be ready to ship Tuesday. You will not be charged until they are shipped and tracking will be provided at that time.
Received and installed my carbon fiber print inner fairing over the weekend. Kick ass looking part and easy to install with the instructions that came with it. I have bought several sweet parts from these guys over the years and will buy more.
Ordered a part in January. Card was charged. Got an email they were moving and I'd get my part in March. Never came. Spoke with Derek NUMEROUS times he said he was shipping it...never came. It's now a year later. I don't have the part, he still has my money. You must need it more than I do. Don't even try buying anything from his rip off artist. Do some research, like I should have, he's done this MANY times.
I ordered a part in May and after repeated calls promises and emails I still haven't received my part.I will be contacting the BBC . DON'T order anything from these people. A rip off.
