Service department is a joke !!!! I bought a new bike and was treated like trash after the sale. My new Tri glide has electronic problems and all I have gotten is smoke blown up my ass from the service dept, the sales manager, and the manager. If you want a new bike GO SOMEWHERE ELSE !!
