If I could give zero stars I would. I am female and a senior and I feel they took advantage of me and overcharged me for the work done. Had they told me in advance of the charges I would have NEVER allowed them to to any work. In March of 2024 I called them because the gutter on the back of my new home was overflowing. At no time before the visit was I told there was a $75 call out fee. It ended up being a blocked downspout. 5 minutes of work and with me cleaning up the mess. Jason and Josh were absolutely fantastic! They took care of all of our gutter issues and installed the leaf blaster/leaf extreme gutter covers. Very happy customers.
Jason B just left my house! He was a really nice, relatable guy. He made me feel good about Hello Gutter as a company and made it apparent he stands behind his work as does Hello Gutter as a company! I appreciate the time he took to come and give me a quote and to make me feel like I wasn’t just another customer but, a friend he was trying to help out.
