Really cute stuff! But short changes on cash transactions, no notices on how it's handled. Reached out over email to ask, no response.
I accidentally dropped and broke an item while shopping here and was honestly so embarrassed, but the staff were incredibly kind and understanding about it. No one made me feel uncomfortable or pressured at all. That level of kindness and professionalism really stood out to me. Great customer service and such a welcoming atmosphere — I’ll definitely be coming back :)
They have a fabulous collection of unique treasures and their staff helped me search for the best birthday gift for my daughter. Go there!
