Came to this location for a Brazilian wax with Esthetician Trasia. Was a little nervous and high anxiety in regards to the pain. However, Trasia was very welcoming to the salon, had nice music to keep my focus away from the waxing pain. Talked me thru the experience with very calm tone. The whole salon is different suites in a salon park. Very elegantly decorated. Trasia bedside manners were top Notch and professional!! She even had a bedside mini fan to air my hot self down!! my first visit to Hello Sugar was great! Trasia was exciting explaining services and making me feel comfortable. I’ll definitely be back in 4 weeks.
Trasia was absolutely AMAZINGGGGG i highly recommend. She made the most painful and difficult wax doable and cheered me along the way!
Extremely professional…fun and friendly…I will use her again…
