Jayla was amazing, I explained to her how I had a bad experience at European Wax Center (not discrediting them just had a bad personal experience l) and she made my experience at Hello Sugar 20 times better! 10/10 recommend

Small, intimate studio space in the shared salon building. Whitley was kind and professional. My appointment was quick and pleasant.
I have been coming for over a year and it’s always such a great experience! I go to Whitley every single time and she is the best. She’s excellent at her job!! We have really great conversations every time I go in for my appointment!! Great communication, always asks if I’m okay during the wax. I am a loyal customer and can’t imagine going anywhere else ◡̈
