Omg! I absolutely loved my experience at Hello Sugar. I arrived early at 4:35pm for a 5:05pm appointment. I waited little to no time. I loved the private suites and the atmosphere was vibrant. Tasia is FANTASTIC! She was knowledgeable, gentle, efficient and kind. I have definitely found my new wax home. 10/10 highly recommend.

I went to go get a Brazilian wax and I booked my appointment for 250. When I got there I was a little early so I called to see if I could get in early and they told me no and informed me that they had actually moved my appointment to 3 o’clock, which was 10 minutes later. When I told him that was not OK because I have other things to accommodate throughout the day, they said that the appointment was originally at 3 o’clock. It was my first time going to this place, I did my service with Jayla, she was kind, professional, quick, made me feel comfortable, I got the first time customer which was 29 for a Brazilian an under arm which was really great! I had a wax with Savanna, it was my first time at this place Hello Sugar. I’ve been waxing for 3 years at other places. So I got the promo of $29 for armpits and Brazilian wax which is fair considering the things I’m about to say. I loved the result and the pain was definitely not an issue she has great technique when it comes to pulling the strips of hard wax however, the appointment took much longer than what I’m used to with other wax businesses. 10/10 I loved the experience. She was very sweet and kind and made me very comfortable. I loved how she also let me know ahead of time everything she was gonna do before she did it.
