She never showed up for the appointment, I called and texted with no response. Edit: I have screenshots texting “Michelle” asking to reschedule my appointment to Wednesday. She said y’all have a 10:30, a 2, and a 3:10 for 4/1. I said 10:30 works. She replied with “great!” So I drove across town on 4/1, and y’all didn’t open the door or even come out! I called and texted. Waited an hr! Regardless, the lack of communication is unprofessional and unacceptable.

My Esthetician Valeria was very thorough very polite very gentle offered me options in terms of the comfort level for the service. I should say because it is not the most wonderful service to have but very necessary so she walked me through different options to make it a little bit easier very friendly very kind. I will definitely go back.

I love it Beautiful atmosphere , The service was awesome and I also my service was amazing. Aron, she was awesome and also I was very comfortable talking to her about my life.
