I waited outside a locked door for 13 minutes (waiting for a technician to come out of the restroom) to tell me she didn’t have time to wax me because my scheduled time was practically over. DEFINITELY WOULDN’T RECOMMEND.
I can’t remember my esthetician’s name but it was my first time & she made me feel comfortable & calm. Will definitely be doing this again!!!
Valeria was phenomenal and so informative. I couldn’t have asked for a more professional, yet comforting and experience.
