What a painfully quick experience, which SUCKED. First, the waxer was late. Interesting how they text us to be on time but the waxer can show up 10-15 minutes late for the appointment. Second, she rushed through my wax and it hurt way more than any other waxing place I have been to. I only booked an appointment because they were having a deal. I would much rather pay full price somewhere else than come back to this place. So sad ꃋᴖꃋ
Thier booking and re-booking system is terrible. You cannot get ahold of anyone. I had to late cancel my second appointment due to illness. I was charged a no-show fee....fine i can understand that. I re-scheduled, they charged a deposit....Then was notified by e-mail that my appointment was canceled for some reason, then I was charged a no-show fee. I have a "voucher" to use but it is seemingly impossible unless you schedule at your appointment. I feel like I'm out that $ plus the no-show fee.
