What a treat this was!!!! Fatima helped me and was a STAR. So kind and thoughtful, took great care of me on my first time and it had been a hot minute since I got waxed so I knew it would be rough this first one. She was explanatory, friendly and chatty in the best way possible - keeping everything light, fun, and prepped me before pulling a strip. I loved how sweet she was while still getting the service done fast and efficient. Will totally be back - would recommend thos location for sure!!

Jackson at Hello Sugar is AMAZING!! She was the very first technician I ever had for a Brazilian wax, and after trying a couple of other technicians since then, I can confidently say I know the difference between a great waxing experience and a terrible one! 😂 Jackson is professional, makes you feel comfortable, and does an incredible job. If you’re near the Louetta location, do yourself a favor and book with Jackson. You won’t regret it!
Very professional Tee was excellent very nice and knowledgeable. The service was quick and not painful at all after months of not having a proper wax.
