The worker ended up cutting my inner thigh and there were no hairs to pull there, yet other hairs that could have been removed or plucked were not removed

Karin was absolutely phenomenal!! I’ve never had a Brazilian wax until now. She was thorough on explaining everything. Made me feel super comfortable even with my bare bottom posted in the air!
