My first time and Serenity was the best I loved her
The only good thing about this place was how clean it was .. I wouldn’t be going back for the rude and late service that was provided.
My waxer was very friendly and made me very comfortable, talked me through the entire process. Izabella was very understanding and patient with me, which made the experience overall better. I think overall I’m just not happy with the results of the wax, lots of leftover hairs I feel could have been gone with a clean up strip or two. I’m not sure if it’s cause this was my first wax ever or just lack of waxing. Other than that the building was very clean and organized.
Phenomenal job will definitely be back for more waxes.
