I don't think it's their fault but sugar wax doesn't really work at this altitude and they had to touch up with tweezers anyway because the hair didn't all come out.
My waxer was Kylie and I can’t speak highly enough of her. This was my first ever Brazilian wax and she made me feel so comfortable the entire time, walked me through every step, and stopped many times to make sure I was okay, she was soooo amazing! I will 100% be back !!!
