Left a 5 star review months ago because my initial visits wen't great. But then my aesthetician left, then they failed to set up my follow up appointment properly. So I tried to cancel my membership and then they continued to charge me despite no service! It has been incredibly difficult to cancel and honestly concerning. Would not recommend!
Appointment at 820AM. Received an automated text shortly after 8 that the esthetician was running 5-10 minutes late. I arrived at 810 and waited around until 835. The salon was closed with no sign of the esthetician. Frustratingly, the only point of contact for anyone at this salon is HelloSugar’s corporate text message AI bot. With no communication or updated timeline, I left.
