Was anxious at the start in booking the appointment, but when I arrived no one was there. Upon calling I found out that my aesthetician cancelled and did not let me know. So sad, I heard so many great things about this place and was excited to go, but very poor customer service on their part. Jazlyn, their receptionist, is very nice tho!!
Luna was fabulous. She was so professional and friendly.
Tyler did my Brazilian wax and she did a great job. She was quick and easy to talk to. Had a great experience.
