Was anxious at the start in booking the appointment, but when I arrived no one was there. Upon calling I found out that my aesthetician cancelled and did not let me know. So sad, I heard so many great things about this place and was excited to go, but very poor customer service on their part. Jazlyn, their receptionist, is very nice tho!! ** your response said that y’all would reach out to make it right, which meant a lot to me. I never did hear back though… must be some pretty serious gaps in communication **

Very nice person but, she missed a lot of hairs on my labia, and down near my thigh. She also said she would tweets the stray hairs, but never did. Even if I do get a discount, I should get the best sugaring possible. Price doesn’t equal effort.

I loved my experience at Hello Sugar! I recently relocated to the area, and sometimes it can be hard to find a new place that you feel comfortable with especially for something like a Brazilian wax! The location was clean and private, and Jocelyn made me feel comfortable immediately. She was able to provide information about which options might be best for me, and did a great job. I am officially a Hello Sugar customer and would recommend them to anyone looking for waxing services.
