Id give 0 stars. Booking process was awful. Very poor cuatomer service and awful with communication ajd accomidating there clients. Thanks for wasting my time and gas
Liz was so sweet and very gentle for it being my first time. I was definitely nervous but Liz quickly made me feel comfortable
If you have coarse hair do not even try waxing with sugar. I have been doing hard wax for years and I wanted to try sugar I asked my waxer if it was a good idea and she said yes because it lasts longer. Their job is to sell and she did not even do a great job. I was left with a lot of hair left over and broken hairs. Then I asked her to tweeze and she proceeded to fake tweeze. I have more ingrowns than usual after 2 weeks as well.
