Avoid this dealership at all costs, terrible experience from when I bought a used car from them with a radiator leak and oil pan leaking to now trying to get warranty repairs. I purchased a bmw from this dealership and was told by my sales advisor I’d be able to use my extended warranty at any bmw facility. First 2 times using the warranty I had no issues getting repairs done at bmw, after that nothing but issues trying to get repairs approved due to this dealership refusing work to be done at the manufacturer dealership. First time buying a Subaru about a year ago & have had the unfortunate experiences of having major services done here. Very poor customer service & issues with service representatives. I have spent almost $5,000 here & I have been treated poorly by staff & they have created major inconveniences, frustrations & are just untrustworthy. Brought my Suburu in for maintenance, and the service was quick and easy, cannot thank Lee enough for the top notch customer service. Highly recommend Lee and team here!!
Always short staffed for oil changes, drive 45 minutes for them to tell me to drop off vehicle for several hours or just refuse more cars
