Absolute terrible & un-professional service! At time of enquiry they knew exactly that my location was Melbourne CBD, quoted me and accepted the job. They even confirmed the appointment one day prior. They called me 1 hour before they were going to come and complained that we were in the city and went on about lack of parking in the city!
