I came to the appointment after spending considerable time optimizing my CPAP therapy and reviewing my own sleep data, but I was still struggling with fragmented sleep despite consistently excellent CPAP results. Absolute lifesaver! As a new resident of Maine, I was in need of a sleep specialist to read my SIM card and forward the information to the BMV. I want to share my very positive experience with Hello Sleep Heath. I had been using CPAP for 2 years without satisfying sleep. I contacted Hello Sleep and worked with Nurse Practitioner Carrissa who changed my (sleep) life. We not only worked on machine pressure settings but delivery settings I didn't even know existed. Carrissa was a great help to me in changing some settings on my machine to improve my sleep. I can tell a difference in how well I feel. I will be continuing to use her services in the future.
Carrissa is incredibly kind and patient, and always makes sure to leave plenty of time for questions. I never feel rushed or brushed off. She is also very responsive over email, which I really appreciate. You can tell she truly cares about her patients and their experience!
