I was excited to try Hello Nori, as I’m a big fan of hand roll spots like KazuNori in NYC. Unfortunately, I have a crab allergy, and every combo on the menu included a crab hand roll. When I asked if it could be substituted for another item, I was told substitutions weren’t allowed. Very good food! They specialize more in hand rolls and everything is prepared fresh, made to order. The nori is crunchy with generous filling. Highly recommend!
