I dont even know where to start this review. This has been the worst experience with buying a car we have ever had in our 64 years. We bought through carscanada at hello motors in ottawa. They were excited to sell a great, fully functioning car. Unfortunately I got neither. Do not recommend. My car arrived with front end damage. That was just the start. " it was visable in thr photos" sure if you zoom in and enlarge the photos! Then engine issues. After speaking with my Lender, driveON and omvic. That is incorrect information. A dealership HAS to disclose any and all damages cosmetic or serious to the customer and on the bill of sale. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!!! so nice and " understanding" rush rush rush to sign all documents. give a promised day, no car arrival. speak to the manager get a promise for this day. now no time. know your rights. i will be contacting the bank who approved the loan as well as i have been advised to contact a legal team. don't fall for their fake nice manner's. trust reviews. i should have.

Started filling out a form from an advertisement but stopped when they wanted me to log into my bank app before I even had looked at a possible inventory. The dealership then proceeded to call me nine times from multiple different numbers to harass me despite being told multiple times that I had no interest in speaking with them. I will be contacting the authorities if there is any further contact.
Been trying to get a car from them sals man nick has apoved me for a car loan and never called me back about it I called the dealership and they said nick would call me back in 10 min and nothing
I’ve dealt with Hello Motors twice, and both times I was caught off guard by aggressive sales tactics and misleading communication. What was promised over the phone never matched the final contract. I bought a car there under 24 hours transmission went was know as error code was deleted many times they now basically zero communication since they found out the repair cost.
Excellent service above and beyond we were able to get our car delivered to us in 2 weeks
