Over 2 hours for an oil change WITH an appointment. Didn't even wash the car. Lube tech spent more time making a video then he did working on my car. Video says it needs front tires (fair, it does) and says everything else is pretty good. Because he doesn't have the service history on my car he recommends $2,500 worth of maintance work. I am STILL sitting in the lobby waiting for an OIL CHANGE 3 hours in so far!!!!! I only came here for a deal on an oil change and tire rotation but I didn’t realize I was sacrificing my only day of to Mazda!!!!!!!! I seriously hate you guys! Hurry up already!
On Friday, May 9, 2026, I scheduled an appointment with Hello Mazda through their automated system for May 11, 2026, which was simple and easy. When I arrived, Jonah greeted me at the front and was very knowledgeable about how extended warranties work with some companies, which saved me a lot of money.
