They are very friendly and sweet. We had a shy baby and the guy at the desk told us we can come back for free so we can get another session whenever before the baby was born. So that's no big deal until we were hospitalized and the baby was taken early it says on the website you don't pay until you get what you came for something like that I had to pay that day I think that this is something that should be taken into consideration that some mothers have complications and that there are things that we can't help. I absolutely loved this place a recommend it to everyone, she answered all my questions explained everything, and waited for the other half of our party to start. I got the gender determination package for 79$ well worth every penny. She took her time and made me laugh and feel very comfortable i cant wait to go back for my 4D. Oh and her son was very nice and very knowledgeable about the practice. It was wonderful. Thank you !
Just wanted to give a shout out to Korin! We had our Tiaras or Trucks appointment a few days ago & she was awesome! Very personable & fun! Our little man did not want to show us his face but she didn't stop trying until we got a partial face photo. Can't wait to go back & see how our baby boy is growing! Thank you everyone at HLO.
Loved this place my baby wasn't being nice and letting us see so I came back three more times for free cause she just didn't want to show her complete face. Definitely going back later on to see if she lets us see her good this time. They are so nice and warming, I bought the heartbeat teddy bear and it's the best!
Very welcoming kind and ecellent visit I fully recommend it to any parents to be I enjoyed the whole time and felt very comfortable
I've been twice now and intend to go again with future pregnancies. They're fantastic :)
