Pathetic service , I bought a mutton biryani which is 1+1 . They pieces in the biryani wasn’t friend properly and not upto the mark , it was very hard to eat Called them and informed them it’s not upto the mark and they asked me to come down to return it …..after I went to the store they agreed the mutton pieces weren’t fried and they just kept silent however no one turned up to offer the food or atleast empathise with the customer …. I was very disappointed and turned back home …the staff shud be trained on customer service... read more
