Great day-of experience and the initial shots looked excellent. However, we still have not received our final photos after ten weeks of waiting post-payment. I have attempted to call (no answer) and email (no response) many times to resolve this issue. Unfortunately, I can't get any communication back at all. This has been really unfortunate as we really enjoyed our time during the session and what I have seen of the images is great.
Never received pics. I have contacted them every possible way, email, website, phone, and ever tried to visit location address (which was not a location at all). Was promised once to receive pics that day but they never arrived. Now I cannot even get a response.
