Jill really is amazing. She listens and gave me the exact cut I have been looking for!
First time in the salon because Karen who is a stylist there recommended that I see Jill for my cut. Told me that Jill knew the cut that I wanted and had done that cut many times. Well Jill butcherd my hair and it is not like the cut that I wanted! Overall she cut my hair too short, over texturized it and it looks nothing like the pics I showed her. I can barely put my hair around my styler because it's so thinned out!!! The cut was $65 and when it appeared on my charge I was charged $67.60. I have no idea what the extra $2.... read more
