I have had many good experiences at this salon. The only complaint I have is when I Recently tried to make an appointment, I couldn't get anyone on the phone.
I went in today to get my hair lavender. I showed them this picture as reference and even did a strand test beforehand, which they said turned out great. I go in today and they make my hair a deep purple, which looks nothing like what I asked for. I would understand if they told me they couldn't do it but that's the thing, they said they could. And then after it was all done, I told them I was unhappy and it looked nothing like the picture. They responded with, "the bleach process came out uneven." Then why not tell me that ... read more
