Tried to make an appointment and was refused. The Stillwater Salon said they were to busy to 'be my stylist". First appointment went fine and a second appointment was made but I had to cancel the second appointment. The attempt to change the appointment was refused. Sensed a 'one-up and bottom line' posture from the employee. Not a good thing.
