This salon, is amazing my mom just moved back to town and we know the people that own this salon. I took my mom to get her hair cut. Morgan and Kay was there, very nice ladies. Recently my barber chose another career field, and thankfully I found Chloe. At first I felt uncomfortable, luckily it didn’t take long for me to feel comfortable and relaxed. She was able to quickly figure out the kind of cut I wanted, which is unusual as I always have trouble figuring out how to describe what I want. I went in for a men's haircut. I told her I didn't want too much taken off because I wanted to grow it out. I had her booked for 40 minutes, but she said she wanted me out of there in 20. She didn't wash my hair, and instead just snipped my thick hair 5 times with thinning shears. She didn't even bother to even out or spend any extra time styling my hair, which needed a touch up. Tried to get an appointment from 10am to 2pm and asked for caylee and made an appointment but then she canceled saying she had to go on a trip and that she can reschedule another week later and I said I can't and I'll go somewhere else she claimed I gave her a 2 hour frame but I gave her a 4 hour frame then I told her she must've ignored my time frame and she told me to please go somewhere else which is rude when she canceled and got my time window wrong
