This store failed to list a new handbag that still had tags on sheet of items brought in. When it was time to retrieve it since it wasn't sold, it was nowhere to be found. The owner claimed it might have been stolen....never apologized, and acted like she could care less. Will never consign at HelloGorgeous again!

I LOVE Hello Gorgeous for their kind and friendly service and their amazing items and brands. I've purchased Tory Burch ballet flats and purse too, both in brand new condition and many pairs of seven jeans - the last Wine Down night I got brand new Citizen jeans with tags!! HIGHLY recommend them for a great brands at great prices!
