Zero stars. Fried and broke off my long hair with highlights. Turned it copper. Can't believe Tina sent me home. Was late two second app. To fix it. She left with 45 minutes to at least talk with me. Three to four on Monday. Went in to talk. Gave me my money back. The next day.. That does not fix my ruined hair. Was talking to two other hairdressers about my hair in tears there..
