I went into Hello Foot Reflexology Massage in Lakewood expecting to leave relaxed. Instead, I walked out feeling like I had just lost a WWE match. The massage was extremely rough and uncomfortable. He was repeatedly pressing directly along my spine, ribs, and sciatic nerve with his elbow, and I left hurting MORE than when I came in. My wife and I were going here for quite some time but the previous one was unacceptable. We both took 90 mins but we were given short of 30 mins of massage. My wife timed it and the counter lady conned us. No qualms about the workers there so we did not want to escalate it with her and paid our dues. I even gave the massueses tip but we are not coming back here. When the lady insist you get the 90 mins better time it.

The massage bed was cozy, and the atmosphere was relaxing. The therapist was professional and provided great service. Overall, a wonderful experience.

This is my favorite place to get a massage in all of SoCal and even Hawaii. I’ve tried so many places within Long Beach and the South Bay. Places are either too expensive or massages are not satisfying for the price. Hello Foot Spa is THE BEST place for price and quality of service. No matter who you go to, they deliver consistently great body work. You know how some places you go and you know they are going through a routine? It’s almost like clockwork. Not this place! Loved the peaceful atmosphere here. The massage used gentle warm-up techniques before going deeper into tight areas.
