Gym is clean, quiet, and has updated equipment, however it's sparsely equipped with only 1 version of each piece of equipment beyond a treadmill. This is fine when you're the only person there, but when there's multiple people who want to use the step ladder, or the bench press, then the lack of equipment duplicates starts to become a real issue
