Using Hello Divorce was the biggest mistake I made in my entire divorce process. It was a complete waste of time and money. It was incredibly stressful and added way more stress to the process than if we had not used it. Our account coordinator Janelle was unresponsive to emails and our questions. Each time we emailed it would take at least two or three days together get a response and then half the time she wouldn't even answer the questions. Last week I scheduled an introductory call for yesterday at 4 pm with (won’t use her name )unbeknownst to me she rescheduled it for 330. I didn’t pick up because I was in a meeting. I’ rescheduled for today at 930 am pst utilizing her appointment calendar. It is 955–‘am and no call yet. How can i expect to pay 2k plus to a company that can’t even be on time for a sales call. Disappointing

Terrible service. They take forever to respond, responses are not thorough, and repeated information has to be given. Don’t waste your money

Started this process in 4-29-2024.... its now 4-23-2026... and still nothing... checked the courts portal.... looks like they messed up some of the forms... and didnt tell me?? I think I've been patient enough.... I think you can do this on your own and not pay for this service.

This was a great option for a divorce that both parties were in agreement and straight forward. Nothing was being contested. It was so helpful because they walked me through the process and took care of all the filings and readily answered all my questions at any time - they were extremely responsive and kept me informed along the way. I would definitely recommend.
