Terrible service. They take forever to respond, responses are not thorough, and repeated information has to be given. Don’t waste your money

Started this process in 4-29-2024.... its now 4-23-2026... and still nothing... checked the courts portal.... looks like they messed up some of the forms... and didnt tell me?? I think I've been patient enough.... I think you can do this on your own and not pay for this service.

This was a great option for a divorce that both parties were in agreement and straight forward. Nothing was being contested. It was so helpful because they walked me through the process and took care of all the filings and readily answered all my questions at any time - they were extremely responsive and kept me informed along the way. I would definitely recommend.

My experience with Hello Divorce was very disappointing. They made multiple mistakes when filing my forms. I was responsible for catching typos and errors. I was not told when my divorce was finalized and was extremely dissatisfied with their services. Do it on your own, it will be easier and cheaper.

During the sales process they told me I would not need to buy any additional products. The salesperson followed up with an email confirming this. Ager an additional call, it became clear I would have to purchase additional products. When I asked for a refund, they were unwilling to process it because we had gone to another provider and finished the divorce. The customer service rep specifically stated that because we had filed previously they would not be able to help. I don't understand how us using another provider should ... read more
