One of the worst experiences in communication I’ve ever had in my life. I think they purposefully prey on people who aren’t on good terms with their ex so they can’t cross check how money hungry, inefficient and awful this system is. Do yourself a favour, just get a paralegal to help or go down to the courts, they have a step by step for you that’s easier and less dysfunctional that this product.
