I had a very disappointing experience at Hello Dental during my recent visit. This was actually my second time there. My first visit (2025) went smoothly, the dental hygienist was thorough, professional, and took the time to properly clean my teeth and explain everything clearly. I came for the general check up and same day crown the atmosphere was calming. The lead da made my visit welcoming and easy I give her 5 start but didn’t like the long needle
Came for a general check up and cleaning. First time visiting and the Lead DA was excellent and informative as well as the cleaning. Smells really good in here as well as my wife said. I’ll definitely be coming back
I came in today for a checkup after 7 years of not seeing a dentist. I was nervous but once I arrived I saw how nice the staff was and how calm the atmosphere was and it really helped to put my nerves at ease throughout the process. The lead DA was extremely helpful throughout the entire visit. The receptionist was very welcoming as well and the treatment coordinator did a very good job of explaining everything that needed to be done in the future. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking to get dental work done.
Had a tooth ache, Sam took care of me and was very nice. The atmosphere is very warm and wholesome
