I have used this car wash for many years with consistently good experiences. Today I went through the car wash and after drying off my car, noticed a small scratch on the hood. Donovan went above and beyond to address my concerns, explained how the brushes in the car wash work and why the scratch was almost certainly there before going through the car wash, but nonetheless buffed it out for me with a smile and great customer service.
