I called to set up an appointment. They took all my information, and I clearly know that I was scheduling appointments for an event the day of and their system is so happened Not to have my appointment so the date of my event I have no hair appointment when I clearly know I scheduled it and they have all my information so disappointing All they kept doing is apologizing couldn’t even help me to try to get me in.
Rose has been threading my brows for 10 years and has done my lash lift multiple times. She is the absolute best at what she does. My brows and lashes come out perfectly, every single time. I highly recommend her. She definitely knows what she is doing, is kind, and professional.
Love coming here for just some me time, girl time, mommy daughter time ! Always a wonderful experience from the drinks to the hairstyles , the customer service it’s five stars across the board
