I cannot say enough good things about Hannah and the EMDR intensive I’ve been doing through Hello Calm. Hannah has been incredibly supportive, insightful, and skilled at guiding me through the healing of deeply rooted childhood trauma. This work has been truly life-changing. Spent $3,750 for an intensive and got no where, she was very nice, but didn’t really give me any help or offer me any help. So I wasted so much money, didn’t give me anything because she said it would be like throwing paper at a rock. Felt pretty dismissed and was just like you didn’t get where you needed to be, not even sure where I was supposed to get. No help at all, and the more I sit on how much I spent the more upset I get.
