Ordered a Christmas bouquet for my mom from FTD. What she received did not resemble what I ordered or paid for. Arrangement is half the size and there are no roses, as pictured. Additionally, it was delivered to the wrong address! Thankfully, a kind neighbor walked them over to her house. FTD needs to stop using Haley's.
I paid for a birthday arrangement to be delivered and they never arrived. No answer when calling the day after they were supposed to arrive. 2 days later someone finally answered saying they no longer go out to Byron (15 minutes away). Thanks for accepting my money and not notifying me in time so I can make other arrangements.
Ordered some flowers from FTD for my wedding anniversary and when they arrived there were some of the leaves that half eaten by bugs. Had to put them outside due to did not want any bugs in the RV. They did state that they would replace the flowers but i declined and they were unable to refund me so I called FTD for the refund.
Please refer to Facebook reviews. Their arrangement was an embarrassment to the floral industry. This gem was $70.
Might not always answer but the 3 bouquets I've ordered from there are beautiful. Hard to trust a place long distance, but I do them.
