This is going to be a long, bad review, so better strap in here. I have never, in my life, been SO appalled and angry with someone's actions before. And reading how many other women were treated the same way as my mom, is absolutely disgusting, especially considering this is a BRIDAL SHOP. And seeing how many of these women have to throw in there that they are plus-sized or not the average size, is so beyond upsetting to me as someone who was raised that everyone was created the way they should be. Great service, extremely helpful. Would go back in a heartbeat !
Went in to help my mother dress shop, and the lady who was helping us, who also said she is the owner, was making a ton of snarky comments about my mother’s weight. She was extremly rude and dismissive of us the whole time we were there. Absolutely horrible customer service, we don’t recommend this for anyone unless you want to be belittled the whole time.
