Amazing, amazing experience!!! They really do work to get you the best images possible. We are very happy with the service and will definitely be back with our next baby. Also the place is so nice and clean 100% recommend
I was a bit disappointed. On the website it clearly says on ultrasounds that a heartbeat plush can be added for ultrasounds between 6-11 weeks and 12-25 weeks . I went for an ultrasound and was told that they do not allow to hear the heartbeat until after 12 weeks . So why offer that on both ultrasounds in the advertisement ? Nowhere on the FAQ does it have a disclaimer about the heartbeat . It was honestly a waste . Loved the 5D ultrasound experience. Wendy and Nick are super friendly and explain everything with so much detail. We felt comfortable at all times and we are extremely pleased with the results.
