Hello Adorn is amazing! I’ve been wearing their designs for years and I love them dearly. They have amazing customer service and go above and beyond for their consumers. Love supporting them and thankful they are responsive and handle things with great profession and care.

I want to start out by saying that I never leave negative reviews. I have been a loyal member to HA for years, spent a lot of money and got to know the staff pretty well. One thing I absolutely loved is how they offered a point system to customers for the purchases made. They started by lowering those benefits so your points weren’t as high to use on your next purchase. Now, they have completely taken the point system away. I think this is my wife’s favorite store in town. The staff are helpful. There’s a decent variety of things besides jewelry too. About the jewelry, though: it is high quality and worth the price. Most of the pieces my wife has she wears all the time.
I have been a customer of Hello Adorn for years and have always loved the pieces! So much so that I’ve gifted earrings for friends birthdays, bracelets for my mom, necklaces for my wedding party, etc. Recently a very special piece broke, and I reached out to see if there was anything they could do to help with the repair. Their customer service went above and beyond to assist me, and it solidified my love for Hello Adorn even more. I would highly suggest to everyone, and I’ll continue to be a customer forever!
