When I hired Mr. Hellman to sell my house, I was impressed by his sales spiel. However, when the house was not getting showings, I found him to be very inflexible regarding new avenues to get more people interested in the home. He would call me weekly spouting statistics and talk about all the fantastic places they were advertising and blamed the lack of showings on what he perceived were problems with my house.
