I was really hopeful that I would have a good experience here since insurance prevented me from going back to my previous endocrinologist. This office came highly recommended to me, but I can't say that I'm impressed with the customer service. My first appointment was with a nurse practitioner. She had my records, but continuously asked me questions about dates that I couldn't remember and I kept having to refer her to my records.
