It’s hard to believe it’s almost been two years since we had Hellers at a new bathroom onto the lower level of our home. I hired Hellers to remodel my bathroom. It was going to be a custom remodeling job. I was relocating the toilet and expanding the shower into an adjacent closet. Right from the beginning everything was easy. After I signed on , Material gathering and selections started to take place with the Design team. The custom bathroom came out beyond my expectations.
I used Hellers to remodel my kitchen and my master bathroom, From start to finish, the process, was very easy to understand, easy to work with, and all of my questions were answered and any changes I wanted to make even if they were last minute we’re handled with ease. I omitted the Bathtub in my custom master bathroom remodeling to make a walk-in shower so I may live in my house as long as I please. I hired Hellers for a large project at my home. I added quite a bit of work throughout the job, everything was taken in stride and changes were completed timely with the rest of my remodeling. The office was great, Ed and Derek became family.
I made a deposit on a bath to shower conversion. After finding another contractor that would save me 6K, I asked for my deposit back before any materials were purchased. Now, Linda Heller hasn't returned my money or my phone calls. Turns out I'm not the only victim of this fly-by-night company operating out of a house.
