I hired Hellers for a large project at my home. I added quite a bit of work throughout the job, everything was taken in stride and changes were completed timely with the rest of my remodeling. The office was great, Ed and Derek became family.
I made a deposit on a bath to shower conversion. After finding another contractor that would save me 6K, I asked for my deposit back before any materials were purchased. Now, Linda Heller hasn't returned my money or my phone calls. Turns out I'm not the only victim of this fly-by-night company operating out of a house.
Ed came out promptly when we had an issue with our shower and after taking a look he dropped everything to take care of the leak for us. No upselling, no nonsense - just good old fashioned service, know how and an eagerness to get the job done. Highest possible recommendation!
We met the Heller super duo completely by accident - and never looked back. After interviewing other 2 companies we settled on the Heller LLC because they seemed more personal and "interested" in what we needed. Working with Ed and Derek was a pure joy. Everything we planned and they promised had been done with utmost consideration - and even some unexpected changes and old-house-discoveries had been solved without a headache. Love the Heller team! - Great contractors and builders with fantastic "Can Do" attitude, expertise and soul.
