Ed came out promptly when we had an issue with our shower and after taking a look he dropped everything to take care of the leak for us. No upselling, no nonsense - just good old fashioned service, know how and an eagerness to get the job done. Highest possible recommendation!
We met the Heller super duo completely by accident - and never looked back. After interviewing other 2 companies we settled on the Heller LLC because they seemed more personal and "interested" in what we needed. Working with Ed and Derek was a pure joy. Everything we planned and they promised had been done with utmost consideration - and even some unexpected changes and old-house-discoveries had been solved without a headache.
