Purchased a Dodge Charger 2 weeks ago and after going through the car was for the first time, the spoiler came clear off the back of the car. When I made Heller aware, I was told they would look at it but if there was body damage to the vehicle, they wouldn't be able to help. As I appreciate the offer, I feel this isn't an adequate response to the situation.
