Buyer beware!!! DO NOT build with Heller!!! Heller will respond and try to discredit this review but trust the poor reviews!! What a nightmare of a building process. This was our second build but first with Heller. Riley and Harrison give a great first welcome as if they care about their clients. We quickly learned that Heller would push back on issues we found in the home and Heller questioned who is responsible and the never ending line of “who’s going to pay for it.” Making things right is not a priority.
